This game was released in the US on July 27th 2001. This game is based off Super Mario Kart. Super Mario Kart was a favorite of mine. I remember going 99-1 one night in battle mode against some friends in middle school. The feather power up is one I have missed in the other Mario Karts that came out after Super. I will be interested to see if it is in this one. Super Mario Kart was a game about racing skill. No blue shells here. If you wanted to take out the first place guy you had to do it yourself. I fired this game up in December 11 and played a round. I didn't really like it but I will give a few cups a try to see if it gets better and if the old feelings come back. So lets strap on our helmets and go swap some paint. Game ends 4/15/12 1201a.
